Hizmetin kullanımı

Pixeva'yı yalnızca hukuka uygun amaçlarla kullanabilirsiniz. Hizmetin güvenliğini bozmak, yetkisiz erişim sağlamaya çalışmak, otomatik araçlarla aşırı trafik oluşturmak veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal etmek yasaktır.

Topluluk ve kullanıcı içeriği

Pixeva'da uygunsuz içeriğe ve taciz eden kullanıcılara sıfır tolerans uygulanır. Paylaşımlar bölümüne gönderdiğiniz her görsel ve metinden siz sorumlusunuz. Aşağıdakileri paylaşmak yasaktır:

müstehcen, cinsel içerikli veya çıplaklık içeren görseller;
şiddet, nefret söylemi, ayrımcılık, taciz, zorbalık veya tehdit;
başkalarının kişisel verileri, gerçek kişilerin izinsiz görüntüleri;
yasa dışı faaliyetleri özendiren ya da başkalarının telif ve marka haklarını ihlal eden içerik.

Her paylaşımı uygulama içinden şikâyet edebilir, bir kullanıcıyı engelleyerek içeriklerini akışınızdan kaldırabilirsiniz. Şikâyetleri 24 saat içinde inceler; kurallara aykırı içeriği kaldırır ve ihlal eden kullanıcının paylaşım hakkını ya da hesabını kapatırız. Paylaşımlar yayınlanmadan önce incelenir ve onaylanmadan kimseye görünmez.

Yapay zekâ ile üretilen içerik

AI Üreticisi'ne yazdığınız istemlerden siz sorumlusunuz. Yukarıdaki kurallara aykırı istemler ve çıktılar otomatik olarak engellenir. Üretilen görseller kişisel kullanımınız içindir; gerçek kişileri, markaları veya telifli karakterleri taklit etmek amacıyla kullanılamaz.

İçerik ve fikrî mülkiyet

Uygulamadaki yazılım, tasarım ve markalar ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir. Duvar kâğıtları yalnızca uygulamada belirtilen kişisel kullanım seçenekleri kapsamında kullanılabilir; üçüncü kişilerin marka, telif ve diğer haklarına saygı gösterilmelidir.

Hesaplar

Hesap bilgilerinizin güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz. Hesabınızı dilediğiniz zaman uygulama içinden (Profil → Hesabı Kalıcı Olarak Sil) kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz. Hukuka aykırı kullanım, güvenlik riski veya bu koşulların ihlali durumunda erişim sınırlandırılabilir.

Abonelikler

Premium abonelik Apple App Store veya Google Play üzerinden satın alınır ve iptal edilmediği sürece dönem sonunda otomatik olarak yenilenir. Aboneliğinizi mağaza hesabı ayarlarınızdan yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. Satın alma ve iadeler ilgili mağazanın koşullarına tabidir.

Reklamlar ve üçüncü taraf hizmetleri

Hizmet Google dahil üçüncü tarafların reklamlarını veya bağlantılarını içerebilir. Üçüncü taraf hizmetleri kendi koşul ve gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.

Değişiklikler ve kullanılabilirlik

Özellikleri geliştirebilir, değiştirebilir veya sonlandırabiliriz. Hizmetin kesintisiz ya da hatasız olacağını garanti etmeyiz.

By using Pixeva you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Use of the service

You may use Pixeva only for lawful purposes. Compromising the security of the service, attempting unauthorised access, generating excessive traffic with automated tools or infringing the rights of others is prohibited.

Community and user-generated content

Pixeva has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You are responsible for every image and text you post to the Shared section. The following is prohibited:

obscene or sexual content, or nudity;
violence, hate speech, discrimination, harassment, bullying or threats;
other people's personal data, or images of real people without their consent;
content that promotes illegal activity or infringes anyone's copyright or trademarks.

You can report any post from within the app and block a user to remove their content from your feed. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that violates these rules and revoke the posting rights or the account of the user responsible. Posts are reviewed before they are published and are not visible to anyone until approved.

AI-generated content

You are responsible for the prompts you enter in the AI Generator. Prompts and outputs that violate the rules above are blocked automatically. Generated images are for your personal use and may not be used to impersonate real people, brands or copyrighted characters.

Content and intellectual property

The software, design and trademarks in the app belong to their respective owners. Wallpapers may only be used within the personal-use options described in the app; the trademarks, copyrights and other rights of third parties must be respected.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. You can permanently delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Delete Account Permanently). Access may be restricted in case of unlawful use, a security risk or a breach of these terms.

Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your store account settings. Purchases and refunds are subject to the terms of the respective store.

Advertising and third-party services

The service may include ads or links from third parties, including Google. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Changes and availability

We may improve, change or discontinue features. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
